The theme for the State of Wisconsin's new "branding" tourism effort is
"A Wisconsin Original"
David has been touring Wisconsin for over 25 years presenting the
original and heritage music and folklore of Wisconsin
through his "Wiscon-Sing" program
and appearances at festivals statewide.

David also does  parallel programs for Illinois
called "Heartland"

David HB Drake, Julie Thompson and Cap Lee 
have joined their voices as "Dangerous Folk".

"Blowing in the Wind" is a sing-along concert of those stirring songs that we all remember from
Peter, Paul, and Mary, the Kingston Trio, Pete Seeger, The New Christy Minstrels,
 Joni Mitchell, John Denver and more.
These songs were anthems of the 1960's and the "Dangerous Folk" lead these songs
of making love, not war for today's troubled world.
"Dangerous Folk" is a "mighty wind" of classic folk music memories
with more songs than a Public TV fundraiser.

"A Meeting Here Tonight!" presents the folk songs of faith. 
Folk music has always been grounded in the spirit where the circle is unbroken
